In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By creating an account on gt168, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, including those administered by the Company or any recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You are not a current or former employee of gt168, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

gt168 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or void bets placed by ineligible players at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

To access the full range of gt168 services, you must register an account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, or payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. gt168 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login activity) for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure, subject to applicable regulations.
• Account transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your account to any third party.

gt168 is required by international gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process involves submitting the following documents:

The following deposit limits apply as standard minimums and maximums per single transaction:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. gt168 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours following approval of your request.
• gt168 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before those funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside Indonesian banking hours (9 AM – 5 PM WIB, Monday–Friday) may experience slightly longer processing times.

gt168 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry specific wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• Game contributions: Not all games con tribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) may contribute 10%–20%. Live casino games may contribute 5%–10%. The exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet per round or per game event is Rp 500.000 or the equivalent. Exceeding this limit may result in voiding the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus abuse: gt168 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and pattern wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any account found engaging in such activity may have its bonus voided and winnings confiscated.
• Right to modify or withdraw: gt168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets already placed under the promotion's terms at the time of modification will not be affected.

The following rules govern all bets placed on the gt168 Platform across all product verticals — sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, and other games:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at gt168's sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the Player. Bets not confirmed in this manner are void.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and event. Current limits are displayed at the time of placing each bet. gt168 reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice.
• Odds changes: For sports betting, odds are subject to change until your bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select them and the time you submit, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Palpable errors: gt168 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live / in-play betting: Live betting markets may be suspended at any time, at gt168's discretion, typically during key moments of play (goals, red cards, timeouts). Bets placed during a brief suspension window may be voided.
• Togel draws: Results for togel markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau) are sourced from the official operators of those respective lotteries. gt168 is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from source data delays.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or deemed incomplete, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport-specific rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt168 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds confiscated pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of sports corruption.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts or colluding with other players to circumvent bonus terms.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or hedging strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gt168 customer support staff or other players.

gt168 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, never a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session time limits: Restrict how long you can remain logged in during a single session.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further betting is disabled until the period resets.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent account closure if you need a break from gambling. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to indefinite exclusion.
• Reality check reminders: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without gt168's express written permission.
• The gt168 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their individual licensing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt168 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption or cessation of service due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure issues beyond gt168's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, except where such access results directly from gt168's negligence.
• Any loss incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

In any case where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, gt168's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gt168 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Player's account and this Agreement at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
• By gt168: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the Company.

Upon termination by gt168 for cause, any outstanding bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned after completing any required security and fraud investigations, which may take up to 30 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which gt168 holds its operating licenses.

In the event of any dispute between you and gt168 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined at the time of the dispute based on the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent gt168 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

gt168 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via:

• A prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon your next login.
• An email notification to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.
